Do you have a physical shop location where I can bring my RV?
We do not operate a physical shop or storefront. Our service is exclusively mobile. We come to you!
What areas do you service?
We're based in Bordentown, NJ, and generally travel up to 100 miles. This includes most of New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Contact us to see if we service your location.
Do you work on the RV chassis?
We do not perform chassis or automotive work. That includes items such as engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, tires, and other vehicle-related systems. Our work is focused on the house side of the RV.
Do you offer warranty work?
We do not work directly with warranty providers; however, they may reimburse you for repairs. Reach out to your warranty provider to see if this is an option.
Do you provide quotes?
We do not offer fixed-price quotes. All work is billed hourly based on the actual time spent on-site. We may be able to provide a general estimate in advance.
How does your pricing work?
We have a varying dispatch fee that covers travel to your location. Labor is billed at $175 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, and any parts or materials used for the service are billed separately.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Do I have to be present during my service appointment?
No, you do not need to be present during your appointment, as long as we can access inside the RV and compartments.
